Yes, the proxies should go too.

I looked for references to JRMPInvokerProxyHA and one thing I saw was in cluster module's org.jboss.proxy.ejb.ProxyFactoryHA class there are 2 lines that invoke on JRMPInvokerProxyHA.colocation. Those 2 lines can be removed.
