I think this index was updated a while back that should have fixed your issue.
In any case the old repository (http://repository.jboss.org/maven2) is now deprecated because of the new Nexus setup (http://community.jboss.org/community/build/blog/2010/04/20/announcement--new-maven-repository-infrastructure)
