EJBTHREE-832 was never implemented in the old embedded distribution.

For Hibernate usage in a standalone or limited distribution the following work-around is advised:
<property name="hibernate.cache.provider_class" value="org.hibernate.cache.HashtableCacheProvider"/>

Remove the ejbthree832 test from the testsuite, because it serves no real purpose anymore.
