The releases from 3.9 to 3.12 were supposed to be copied from the JBoss repo over to the  Sonatype repo and, from there, to Maven Central when we started publishing to Sonatype in August. However, this appears not to have happened. I'll check with the Sonatype admins to see if this was just forgotten about or if there was a problem which meant they could not be copied. In the latter case the only options are either to obtain them from the JBoss public repo or to upgrade to the versions which are in Maven Central (3.13 and 3.14). Note that the shift to Sonatype/Maven Central required changing the groupid from javassist to org.javassist.
