20. The test case org.jboss.test.cluster.defaultcfg.simpleweb.test.DriverManagerPersistentStoreUnitTestCase was constructing an incorrect DB URL and fixed this.
Also modified DBSetup (used by this test case and others for a one time database setup of hsqldb) to print out the entire command line used to start the DB, including the IP address and port.

21. Modified  org.jboss.test.jmx.test.SecureJMXInvokerUnitTEstCase which was incorrectly forming a JMX service URL.
