OK, so all 3 BeanManagers were related...2 are children of one, and the one parent is held by RestEasy.  So somehow this needs to be fixed.  I am not sure if CdiInjectorFactory is improperly implemented, or if there is some other design problem within RestEasy.  This is the only leak I see in JBAS with Weld at the moment for a JSF web application.
