7. Set up the testsuite for a basic IPv6 run:

- updated testsuite/build.xml and testsuite/imports/server-configs.xml to handle java.net/.preferIPv4Stack and java.net.preferIPv6Addresses  
- added in correct ant URL formation (i.e. node0.url, and node1.url)
- restrcted the set of tests run to tests-minimal
- changed the Hudson job for this branch to run against IPv6 addresses

Going to run this job to see that minimal starts up OK. 
Once this is completed, need to move on to fixing jboss-test before any general test cases can be executed.
