I've created a smoketests.classpath to at least have the smoke tests running on Windows systems.  It will be a matter of reviewing other refs in library.classpath and dependentmodule.classpath to see what can be removed/adjusted.  $JBOSS_HOME/client directory contains 170 .jars.
