The Infinispan project seems to have something in https://svn.jboss.org/repos/infinispan/trunk/jopr-plugin, I'm not sure if its thought to be complete.  I also found some doc here http://community.jboss.org/wiki/MonitoringInfinispanwithJOPR which mentions a limitation of automatically only finding one Infinispan per JVM process (whatever that means).
