Integrated jboss-reloaded-naming 0.2.0:
- Move spi classes into a separate module
- Add JavaEEApplication.isEnterpriseArchive()
- Move artifacts to new coordinates
- Fix logging during test
- Use module name instead of module path
- Decouple the creation of environment spaces from a parent
