Treated inet-address as a criteria as discussed in the description. Also added new elements any--address, any-ipv4-address and any-ipv6-address which *are not* criteria. They are an alternative to criteria that cause sockets associated with the interface name to bind to an IPv4 or IPv6 wildcard address.
