This JIRA relates to the use of "org.drools.ide.common.BusinessRuleProviderDefaultImpl" in "org.drools.compiler.BusinessRuleProviderFactory".

The Factory (and consequentially "org.drools.compiler.PackageBuilder.addPackageFromBrl") has a dependency on drools-ide-common.
