I'm trying to look into this now, but  I don't know what version of the src files you are looking at and the line numbers are different.

Maybe you could fine the currect version here:

Have you tried using the latest HEAD to determine if this is still an issue? I recently corrected a bug related to OTN creation for fact handles, as it wasn't creating the necessary OTN's at marshalling time.
