sub resource scanner=* can have multiple entries and thus the base should have a way to determine the scanner used.

IF there can be only one scanner (an :add method is present though), then please put all attributes from /subsystem=deployment-scanner/scanner=default in /subsystem=deployment-scanner and remove the sub-resource.
