* Create new PropertiesEditorFormItem so that the PropertiesEditor can be placed on a Form
* Add new onChangeProperty() method to PropertyManagement interface so that an implementor can be notified of in-line value changes
* Change the meaning of setEnabled() method to disable/enable Add, Delete, and Edit
* Add new setAllowEditProps() method to replace setEnabled() and preserve the old semantics that just enable/disable in-line editing.
