I'm currently in the process of including AS7 deps into Fedora. This involves packaging jboss-specs-parent which is required by some deps of AS7. The reviewer has blocked inclusion of jboss-specs-parent (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=730226#c1 - last sentence) until the licensing will be cleared. To clear the license it would be sufficient to put the LICENSE file into trunk.

This review issue blocks another 5 reviews.

P.S. Please add always LICENSE files in every repo - this will make my life much easier - currently I need to hunt developers to do that :)
