Deployment to OpenShift requires a profile entry in the pom.xml - the maven archetypes should include this entry to allow for command-line users to easily/quickly push the newly generated project to OpenShift.  In addition, this makes the end-user workflow vastly easier in the context of JBoss Tools/JBDS.
