- Rename UnicastTestRpcDist --> UPerf
- New test MPerf which does the same as UPerf but for multicasts
- Functionality:
  - Dynamically change payload size, number of messages, number of sender threads
  - All current cluster members take part in the perf test (they send messages)
  - Test completes even if a member crashes during the test (its results will be excluded)
  - Ability to re-read or change XML config file at runtime
