My application dynamically adds / remove rules from the KnowlegeSession as my application policies are enabled / disabled.  Basically I had problem migrating this application from Drools 5.2.0 to 5.3.0 and have some sample code that duplicates the issue and works around the problem.  

Note the workaround, may be unique to our (Event has different package name then the rules)
