I stand corrected. Seems that specs are quite elusive in this place. However since there is no direct statement "MUST", it is not mandatory.

Attached WAR nesting is bad, but still it is deployed. It can be accessed via: http://localhost:8080/guessv4/guessv2.war/index.jsp

As you can see context root for root WAR is 'guessv2', second is full file name as subdeployment.

Rejecting as this is not a valid issue.
