I can certainly see why the HC ends up blocked in ServerInventoryImpl.stopServers when the PC process is hard killed the way DomainLifecycleUtil does it. Removing a server from the servers map is based on a message from the PC, so killing the PC means the message will never arrive. So this case needs to be handled better.
