A Hudson Jenkins URL from inside the VPN should work (by redirection) outside the VPN

When a hudson job fails, we often send the URL of the failing test by mail or IRC to the one who caused it, like this URL:
  https://hudson.qa.jboss.com/hudson/view/Drools%20jBPM/job/drools/lastCompletedBuild/testReport/org.drools.factmodel.traits/TripleBasedTraitsTest/testRdfsTypes/

However, that's not reliable, because you can't see that URL outside the VPN. And many of our contributors are not part of Red Hat (and even Red Hat committers aren't allowed connected to the VPN).
It would be nice if either:
- outside the VPN an hudson.qa.jboss.com url could automatically redirect to the public hudson instance
- or if the internal VPN hudson instance has a "public link" link on every page, so we can copy that one instead.
