Please define a "debug-build". We already include line info in the binaries and also publish the sources, so AFAIK, we're publishing everything we can :)

We're already building and publishing the following artifacts to the maven repository for each module:
- jar (the normal binaries): includes line info (javac is not instructed to remove the line info)
- sources-jar: Unmodified sources (including javadocs)
- test-jar: The Unit tests binaries
- test-jar sources: The Unit tests sources

Everything is not only available in the maven repository, but also in the distribution zips.
