I will agree that some of these WARNINGs could probably be ignored, but further down in the log you can see that the war cannot deploy due to the fact that it couldn't install the PostClassLoader 

Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: 1.0.com.sun.codemodel.JConditional

Yet when I look at jboss-6.0.0.Final/lib/jaxb-xjc.jar the class clearly exists. 

I think there is a class loader issue here.
