We can comprise to leave that "increment build" requirement out of the first version
but with the info in the URL's it should be doable.

Any non-beta version of a compiling plugin such as this one, should support
- incremental builds
- bulk compilation (do not compile 1 file at a time): so it can scale to 100's of DRL files (and more).
Of course, both might need changes in the drools-api (haven't checked yet).
