That's in progress; see AS7-712. Temporarily the links shown on https://github.com/jbossas/jboss-as/tree/7.0.0.Final/build/src/main/resources/docs/schema can be used. Well, those links should be good permanently, but we'll get them in the official http://www.jboss.org/schema/jbossas listings.
