adding persistence.xml in META-INF dir of an ear like this

             xsi:schemaLocation="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/persistence http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/persistence/persistence_2_0.xsd"

           ...
           <jar-file>lib/myjpa.jar</jar-file>

result in exception:
