This fix is not present in JBoss 6 --> JBossSx.jar 3.0.rc1 or JBossSx.jar 3.0
It seams it is not present in the files from: http://www.jboss.org/picketbox/downloads
 this task is from 14/Jan/11 final JBossSx is from 2011-02-03
