browser error is "can't establish a connection to the server at repository.jboss.org".  Also discussed at http://echelog.matzon.dk/logs/browse/jboss-as7/1307743200 . 

http://community.jboss.org/wiki/InfrastructureIssues says there was a planned outage.  The last posting at http://twitter.com/#!/jbossorg is dated 6/10 and says "Complication have occured during www.jboss.org upgrade, we hope to be back online in ~30 minutes.".
