    Description: 
Two releases of the specs bom is under consideration.  The jboss-javaee6_specs_bom will be representative of the Full EE 6 API set.  Another artifact will be released, jboss-javaee6-web-specs-bom, that will be intended to align with our Web Profile.  This will be clearly documented and intended for convenience to users depending on their application needs.

Recent changes to the jboss-javaee6-specs bom:
Update EJB 3.1 API to 1.0.1.Final
Update SAAJ API to 1.0.1.Final
Add JavaEE Management APIs (javax.management.j2ee)
Remove Stax API - Provided with Java SE 6
