Stefano, the WAR is too big to attach. I have successfully emailed it to other developers though and could email it to you. Let me know if you want me to email it to you.
Do you really need the WAR file? I thought the idea of installing the JDBC Driver as a deployment was so that it deployed independently of the applications and could be used by any. I'm getting the deployment for the JDBC driver before it attempts to deploy the WAR.
