Brian Stansberry commented on AS7-947:
--------------------------------------
The reload operation is not supported for a server in a managed domain at this point; it only works for a standalone server. Use restart. We'll look at adding reload support for domain managed servers in 7.1.
In a standalone server, reload() works by re-parsing the persisted standalone.xml and rebuilding the server using the commands generated by the parser. In a domain managed server, there is no persisted server configuration to reparse. So we'd need to find an alternative mechanism.
