Actually I wanted the a test for the 5.2.0.M1 issue, but both would be better. They speed up the process for fixing the issues.

The NoClassDefFoundError can be written against 5.1.1. It sounds like an MVEL issue, we will isolate the issue and contact the MVEL developer about it.
