So that guvnor and drools-camel-server both use the same cxf version, defined by the parent pom.

I tried doing this in the parent pom:
    <camel-version>2.7.1</camel-version>
    <cxf-version>2.3.3</cxf-version>
But turns out that camel is not backward compatible.
