I neglected to mention that you need IronJacamar 1.1 in the documentation. I also had a typo in the path. The path should be "doc", not "docs" as follows:
  Linux script: IRONJACAMAR_HOME/doc/as/converter.sh
  Windows batch file: IRONJACAMAR_HOME/doc/as/converter.bat
