Added back in where?  As usual you're assuming some basic level of functionality that you haven't expressed.  Nowhere in this report did you say anything which would imply that DEBUG-level logging isn't enough.  DEBUG-level logging in the org.jboss.as.config category should already appear in the boot.log, thus meeting the only criteria you have given.  If you want something else, be specific.
