Okay I think I solved the problem for sure.  At least I can't reproduce it anymore.  Can you verify that https://github.com/dmlloyd/jboss-modules/commit/0c31c2b4786fd1eb12a81aad031155b8ed2711ef also fixes it for you?  If so I'll push upstream and get a release ready.
