Seems that xa-data-source add command does not work correctly.

Command 
xa-data-source add --jndi-name=java:jboss/datasources/TestXADS --driver-name=h2 --pool-name=TestXADS
finishes OK, and xa-data-source is registered in model. However, server fails to restart since non-xa datasource is added to standalone.cfg instead of xa:

                <datasource jndi-name="java:jboss/datasources/TestXADS" pool-name="TestXADS">
                    <driver>
                        h2
                    </driver>
                </datasource>



Steps to reproduce:
1) start standalone server
1) CLI: xa-data-source add --jndi-name=java:jboss/datasources/TestXADS --driver-name=h2 --pool-name=TestXADS
2) stop server
3) start server

Server fails with:
16:13:03,175 ERROR [org.jboss.as.controller] Operation ("add") failed - address: ([
    ("subsystem" => "datasources"),
    ("data-source" => "java:jboss/datasources/TestXADS")
]) - failure description: "JBAS014746: connection-url may not be null"
