Brian Stansberry updated AS7-2777:
----------------------------------

Issue Type: Feature Request (was: Task)
         Assignee: (was: Brian Stansberry)
    Fix Version/s: (was: 7.1.0.Final)
      Component/s: Server

OK, well that sounds like a significant change to the deployment architecture (which for some reason no longer has a Component in JIRA???) which isn't going to happen in 7.1.

This is something to discuss on the list. The management API can expose what the deployment architecture provides.

>
> The JSR88 deployemt API allows control over the full deployment lifecycle
> * deploy
> * start
> * stop
> * undeploy
> OSGi deployments (i.e. bundles) also have the notion of start/stop
> This should be reflected in the management API for deployments.
