Make it possible to re-enter a SFSB when a flag is set. Under specific conditions, which will be outlined in the documentation, re-entrance will then be allowed (similar to an Entity EJB re-entrance as outlined in EJB 3.1 FR 8.5.13).

The re-entrance flag will be set by default (which is non-spec compliant).
