EndpointRecordProcessorDeploymentAspect assumes that the JMX MBean server service has been installed, for now I have changed it to fall back to the platform MBean server, but this should be fixed properly.

Note that in theory this can cause problems even if the JMX subsystem is present, if the JMX service is added after the EndpointRecordProcessorDeploymentAspect created.
