James, is there any reason why we need the change-log-level operation?  I've noticed that write-attribute(name="level", value="FINE") doesn't work.  For consistency, can we fix this?  

Also, it makes the console more difficult to deal with it because console wants to use write-attribute generically for attribute changes.
