entity2lc.txt is obtained while running a modified org.jboss.as.test.integration.jpa.hibernate.SecondLevelCacheTestCase.  The modification is to have method testMultipleNonTXTransactionalEntityManagerInvocations() loop 9999999 times (so I could collect stats).

I collected basic statistics at /deployment=jpa_SecondLevelCacheTestCase.jar/subsystem=jpa/hibernate-persistence-unit=jpa_SecondLevelCacheTestCase.jar#mypc

I collected second level cache entity-cache statistics at 
/deployment=jpa_SecondLevelCacheTestCase.jar/subsystem=jpa/hibernate-persistence-unit=jpa_SecondLevelCacheTestCase.jar#mypc/entity-cache=org.jboss.as.test.integration.jpa.hibernate.Employee

I collected entity class specified statistics at /deployment=jpa_SecondLevelCacheTestCase.jar/subsystem=jpa/hibernate-persistence-unit=jpa_SecondLevelCacheTestCase.jar#mypc/entity=org.jboss.as.test.integration.jpa.hibernate.Employee
