Does C:\eplatform\jboss\AS-7.0-Test\jboss_install/domain/configuration/logging.properties exist? If not, does it work if it's created?

I'm asking to narrow down the scope of the problem. The domain.bat script itself references that file; if the answer to the 2nd question above is yes, then it's a matter of cleaning up how the script works. Otherwise there's something more involved.
