Where is this URL coming from  http://cdn.links.io/native/pagehandler.php?  Is this something set on your machine?

Regarding the IP address we ship our binaries to bing to the loopback address by default, we think it should be down to the individual administrators to decide when they want to open up their installation to the outside world rather than ship it that way by default.
