It works with these jars:
 * mod_cluster-core-1.2.1.Beta2.jar 
 * mod_cluster-container-spi-1.2.1.Beta2.jar
 * mod_cluster-container-jbossweb-1.2.1.Beta2.jar
 * mod_cluster-container-catalina-1.2.1.Beta2.jar

and balancer
 * Apache/2.2.17 (Unix) DAV/2 mod_cluster/1.2.1.Beta2
