The bundle information is not in the manifest of the the 3.16.1-GA jar on maven central. Interestingly, the POM inside this jar has the maven-bundle-plugin configuration but it does not appear to have been executed?

Is there another version I need to pick up with the OSGi bundle information?

If not, can you roll a new release with this bundle information in the Manifest?
