You don't need org.jboss.as:jboss-as-build as it does not correspond to any run time module.  I'm curious about what error you get with the two xalan deps though.

Looks like the last major requirement is using "-group" to group the packages by run-time module (see build/build.xml for the mappings from module name to maven artifact(s)).
