During failover, distributed queues at the failed node will be merged into the failover node, in the mean time a delivery is attempted by the local queue, where it may call suckers to pull messages from the other nodes. Sometimes it is possible that the sucker to the failed node hasn't been removed at the moment so the local queue still call this sucker to pull. Which is not necessary.
