Moving to 7.2. For 7.1.2 the critical part of the parent issue is implementing what will need to happen on a slave HC. This subtask relates to what will happen on the master, which can await final implementation in 7.2. For 7.1.2 I wanted to see prototyping of this, and the work that has been done has accomplished that.
